“Death to America!” is not a protest slogan; it is a declaration of war, and must be treated as such. When one’s country is under assault, and the goal is to dismantle its foundational institutions, there is no greater strategic imperative than this basic observation — which is sorely lacking in the current legalistic squabbles over Trump’s efforts to ship criminal aliens out of the country.

Here is how Thomas Jefferson explained the principle:

“A strict observance of the written law is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to the written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the ends to the means.” (Wikipedia)

Are the unprecedented, 100-plus legal suits filed against the Trump administration’s efforts to fulfill the promises it made in winning the popular vote reflective of actual concerns for the Constitution — or are they the desperate resort of a political party that has openly refused to accept the results of the last presidential election and rallied their troops to create a “wall of resistance” (their term) designed to sabotage and obstruct any measure the White House supports that might be successful? Have these lawsuits distanced themselves from the anti-American rhetoric and violence that characterizes the demonstrations organized and led by Hamas Nazis that target our greatest ally in the Middle East, Israel? Have they distanced themselves from the vicious slander that America’s two-time president is a Nazi? How is this indefensible behavior not strengthening the forces we have been at war with for years?

As to the campaign to prevent Trump from deporting the thousands of illegal alien criminals whom Biden invited in, breaking America’s immigration laws and violating the Constitution without ruffling the feathers of the jurists attempting to force him to bring them back, this tells a story in itself. The American Civil Liberties Union has brought suit on behalf of five Venezuelan violent criminals – members of the Tren de Aragua gang. This is perfectly fitting since the radicals at the ACLU were the driving force behind the creation of Sanctuary Cities more than 20 years ago. The sole purpose of creating this seditious movement was to afford legal protection to Muslim supporters of the unprovoked 9/11 attacks (by the way, according to Al-Jazeera polls, 500 million Arabs and Muslims supported Bin Laden’s attacks, as did Americans like leftist icon Noam Chomsky).

Thus, it is rich when the ACLU claims that the Alien Enemies Act “has only ever been a power invoked in time of war, and plainly only applies to warlike actions: it cannot be used here against nationals of a country – Venezuela – with whom the United States is not at war…” (Wikipedia) The Venezuelan Government is a Marxist dictatorship. The lawyer who wrote this seditious garbage should take another look at the Communist Manifesto and the ideology to which all Marxist radicals are committed. It is a call to a global war and replacement of free market economies and private property with communism – government control of everything.

As for Bin Laden, the Qur’an calls for global dominance by Islam with the same result. The hour is late; the enemy is inside the gates, and the first line of defense is realism about the enemy we face.
